Supporting Skin Loving Ingredients:

Kojic Acid:  an acidic compound derived from mushrooms that is mainly used in the treatment of discoloration in all of its forms. It effectively improves pigmentation from sun damage, melasma, free radical mutations and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation that occurs after a blemish. Kojic Acid blocks the enzyme tyrosinase, inhibiting the production of excess pigmentation and acts as antioxidant, scavenging for free radicals and neutralizing them. A gentle, soothing and anti-inflammatory alternative to hydroquinone.

Niacinamide: Also known as vitamin B3 and nicotinamide, niacinamide is a water-soluble vitamin that works with the natural substances in your skin to help visibly refine pores, improve uneven skin tone and soften fine lines.

Niacinamide also reduces the impact of environmental damage because of its ability to improve skin’s barrier function as well as supporting the skin to repair signs of past environmental damage.

Sodium PCA: the salt form of PCA (or proline) and is an Amino Acid extracted from soybean and coconut oil, fruit and some grasses. Sodium PCA is a natural component of the skin constituting 12% of the skin's natural moisturizing factor. A humectant that hydrates by attracting and trapping water in the cells.
